Fly For Life

Introduction

Every One Who Travels Or Has Traveled In The Past Will Know That Being At The Airport Can Be Very Stressful! This Is Why BlueJet Has Put Together This 'At The Airport' Page To Try And Make This Process As Leasts Stressful As Possible.

Below Are Some Useful Tips & Guides For Making Your Flying Experience As Easy As Possible.

Check-In

When you arrive at Check-in you will need to look out for the "BlueJet" logo on the screens on the active check-in's, then when you have located the correct BlueJet check-in which is serving your flight number you will need to line up in the queue (if there is one) and wait until you are next in line. Please wait behind the coloured line so you give the person checking in enough space to manoeuver this also gives them some more privacy during check-in. When you are up for check-in you will be required to have your Passport and Airline Ticket in hand as this will speed up the process, then the member of staff serving you will ask you for the appropriate documents at the correct time. Then he/she will ask you to put one suitcase at a time on the conveyer belt it will be weighed and labeled up then will be sent down the belt for it to be loaded on the the plane. You will need to repeat this process how ever many times you have cases, e.g. i have 3 cases they will each have to be put on one at a time. If you still don't under stand please ask at check-in on your day of travel. Once you have sorted your bags you will be asked which seat or seats you would like to sit on, on the plane. If you are unable to sit in the exact seat you wanted, the member of staff will do his/her best to get you the closest seat to the one/ones you chose. You will be asked questions about your baggage and its contents when you check in. Do not worry about this it is just to make sure that every think is genuine and you are not taking any baggage for anyone else.  Now you have completed the process of check-in you could either go to a cafe, restaurant, Duty free shop etc...  but we do advise that as soon as you have checked in, you make your way through security. Please be patient as there may be a queue while additional security measures are in place.

***Check in for flights begin 3 hours before scheduled boarding time.***
